Amy Winehouse is looking super fine in the new promotional shots for her Fred Perry collaboration. The Rehab singer seems to have shaken off her troubled past and appears confident, healthy and back to her effortlessly cool self.
The images, which can be seen on Grazia’s site here, show Amy modeling clothes from the new Fred Perry collection which was designed by Amy and is absolutely in keeping with her own unique look. Ska-style black and white checked detail shirts sit alongside a fabulous fitted vintage-look raincoat and a typically Fred Perry-esque diamond-knit sweater in pastel pink and grey.
In a recent interview with Harpers Bazaar, Amy confessed that she was thrilled to be asked to work with the brand: 'Fred Perry is my be-all-and-end-all,' she said. 'I've always loved it, always worn it, it feels like a living dream.’
Whilst the images may be helped by a little dab of photoshop, there is no denying Amy looks great. Her hair has been taken down in size a notch, to a slightly more elegant beehive-bun type affair, and she looks fresh-faced and, more importantly, happy! Could we be seeing a return to the Amy of days of yore? Just in time for a new album? Fingers crossed.
