The little heart on her right pinkie finger was done in September 2010. Miley's father was the first one in the family to get this tattoo. When they were in church, Miley drew a small heart on his hand. That day, he said he would do whatever Miley asked and she wanted to take him to a tattoo parlour. Billy Ray Cyrus got a heart tattoo.
