Let's take a look at the best hair and makeup styles that paraded on the celebrity red carpet at the 67th BAFTA Awards show last weekend in London. Some of the stars that made the best out of their outfit choice for the occasion where also the ones starring the best and most flattering styles of hair and makeup.

So today we will rejoice again in admiring the elegance and savoir faire of well established or emerging stars such as Cate Blanchett, Angelina Jolie and Lupita Nyong’o, whose breakout as an actress in 12 Years a Slave also coincided with her worldwide explosion as new princess of style.

With her perfect facial features and her amazingly glowing skin, hihlighted by her boyish short cut, 30-year-old Lupita Nyong’o only sported bright red lipstick and greenish-blue eyeshadow for a dreamy smoky eye version that suited her perfectly. Needless to say, the result was fresh and sensual, sophisticated and simple at the same time. And Lupita looked absolutely gorgeous and hyper-feminine.

Angelina Jolie also opted for a simple look on the red carpet at the Royal Opera House last Sunday. With her soft hair left loose on the shoulders, a nude lipstick and eyes outlined by a classic black eyeliner and lashes, Angelina's look was simple and at the same classical, both hair and makeup perfectly matched her man-inspired suit.
